Jackie Coult, CHBC, presented on “Best Practices for Dealing with Difficult Clients and Potential Liability Considerations.” Samantha Forkner, MHL, CHBC was recognized for her first meeting since she spent a grueling 3.5-day in-person certification course last year and is now a “Certified Healthcare Consultant.” Milan Rogers, MBA, MOT, CHBC received the “Go Getter” award for all of his service on the Technology Committee.
